Q:
When will the data system upgrade take place?
A:
The data system upgrade will take place Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st.  If more time is needed, the process will be completed during the Labor Day holiday, September 1, 2008.

Q:
Will the banking centers be closed?
A:
Yes. The banking centers will be closed during the weekend and holiday as usual.

Q:
Who will be affected by the change?
A:

Only members assigned to the Hermiston, Pendleton, and Milton-Freewater banking centers.


Q:
Will my account number change?
A:

Except for very few instances, all account numbers will remain the same!  Members with account numbers being changed will be contacted personally by an Oregon First representative.


Q:
How will access to Internet Banking and Telephone Banking be affected?
A:

Internet Banking and Telephone Banking will be unavailable after close of business Friday, August 29, 2008 until the completion of the upgrade.  This may be as late as Monday, September 1, 2008.


Q:
How will I login to Internet Banking on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 after the upgrade?
A:

You will login at www.oregonfirstccu.org using your user ID (account number) and new temporary password.


Q:
How will I know what my new password is?
A:

You will receive a letter in the mail prior to the conversion with information about your password.  You will also be given the same information after logging in to Internet Banking prior to conversion.


Q:
Will I be able to see my account history in Internet Banking after the upgrade?
A:

No. The new enhancements cause history to be unavailable after the upgrade. However, eStatements will be available to users who sign up after the conversion.


Q:
When can I enroll in eStatements?
A:

As soon as the upgrade is complete.  Upon doing so, you will have access to eStatements back to January 2008.


Q:
Will enrolling in free eStatements benefit me?
A:

Yes! Upon enrolling in eStatements you will immediately have online statement history available to you from January 2008 to present. Internet banking users that are not enrolled in eStatements will not be able to view their account history following the data system upgrade


Q:
How will I call Telephone Banking (Formerly "Buttons") after the upgrade?
A:

You will call the same Telephone Banking number and use your new temporary PIN to access your accounts.


Q:
How will I know what my temporary PIN is for Telephone Banking?
A:

Your temporary PIN will be reset to your original default Telephone Banking (“Buttons”) password.


Q:
Will I be able to withdraw or deposit in the ATM during the upgrade.
A:

Yes! You will be able to withdraw and deposit funds at the ATM.


Q:
Can I use my MasterCard debit card during the upgrade?
A:

Yes. You will be able to use your debit card during the upgrade.
