4.		Will my account number change?
		No. It is possible a handful of members might need to be issued a new member number. In this instance the effected member will be contacted personally by an Oregon First representative.

5.		How will access to Internet and Telephone Banking be affected?
		Neither will be affected.
		Internet and Telephone Banking will be unavailable after close of business Friday, August 29, 2008 until the completion of the upgrade.
		Only Internet Banking will be affected.

6.		How will I login to Internet Banking on Tuesday September 2, 2008?
		You will log in at www.oregonfirstccu.org using your user ID(account number) and new temporary password.
		You will need to get a new computer

7.		How will I know what my new password is?

		You will receive a letter in the mail prior to the conversion with information about your password. You will also be given the same information after logging in to Internet Banking prior to the conversion.

8.		I will not be able to see my account history in Internet Banking after the upgrade.

9.		When can I enroll in eStatements?
		There will be no eStatements

		No.
		Yes! Upon enrolling in eStatements you will immediatly have online statement history available to you from January 2008 to present. Internet banking users that are not enrolled in eStatements will not be able to view their account history following the data system upgrade

11.		How will I call Telephone Banking (Formerly "Buttons") after the upgrade?
		You will call the same Telephone Banking number and use your new temporary PIN to access your accounts.
		There will be no more telephone banking.
		The new number will be sent to me in the mail.

12.		Will I be able to withdraw or deposit in the ATM during the upgrade?
		No. Oregon First is getting rid of all ATM's.
		No. The ATM's will be unavailable.
		Yes! You will be able to withdraw and deposit funds at the ATM.

13.		I can use my MasterCard debit card during the upgrade.
